Jenny's Courgette relish

Many of you commented on the relish that Jenny made for the quiz evening and asked for the recipe so here it is....

Hi Everybody

I think this is the recipe from the courgette relish that we had at the quiz.

I wrote on the recipe that I used 2.8 kilo of onions and courgette, both from my garden so not Spanish onions!

I would have used pickling spices from sainsburys as well the spices in the recipe
